This week is Winter Recipe Roundup week!
Can you believe it’s nearly April already? Where did the time go? Here are the recipes that I’ve posted on the blog so far this year, just in case you missed any of them.
First up is my Plant-Based Winter Stew with Chunky Vegetables and Herb Dumplings – it’s good to eat all year round, but particularly good when you get home after a chilly day, or when you’re seeking some comfort food.
Talking of comfort food, one of my early blog posts this year was on 7 Of My Favourite Plant-Based Comfort Foods. It’s worth checking out if you’re looking for some plant-based tomato soup, or plant-based cottage pie.
Are you looking for some yummy soup recipes? Then check out my plant-based lentil and tomato soup recipe.
or my plant-based beetroot soup. They’re both super simple to make and delicious too. What more could you ask for!
How about a tasty simple spicy hummus for your sub or as a filling for your baked potato? This recipe from January is versatile and couldn’t be easier to make.
If you’re looking for some dinner recipes that you can take to work the next day, or freeze to eat later, then take your pick from these nutrient packed main meals:
Plant-Based Sweet and Sour Vegetables
Plant-Based Biryani with Toasted Almonds
Cauliflower, Lentil, Potato and Coconut Curry
Please share my recipes with your family and friends and if you’ve got the time, I’d love to hear how you get on making them. Just leave a comment below or at the bottom of each recipe.
If losing weight for your summer holidays is one of your goals, then consider following a whole food, plant-based diet and you’ll not only be able to eat all the Winter Roundup Recipes, but you’ll be able to lose weight too!
